I found another location in 7.21 - the scene outside the shop where Meg reads a magazine and talks to the demons is here: Sundance Inn (6587 Ladner Trunk Rd,Delta, British Columbia) is missing in 7.21 - it's also been a location used in season 10: Dean singing Karaoke.
